Join us for a six-week Breaking White Silence book group via Zoom starting the week of October 11.
Meet others who are seeking to become better allies for anti-racism as we read and discuss Dr. Robin DiAngelo's first book, What Does It Mean To Be White? (revised edition).
Join a general group (open to all ages and interests) or an affinity group to meet people with similar concerns for applying what we learn.
Register here and rank your preferences or call 206-486-2175 by September 23 [update: registration deadline extended to Sunday, Sept 27].
Specific group times will be chosen based on participant preferences as indicated in the registration. All group facilitators have been trained by the Phinney Neighborhood Association's affinity group on Breaking White Silence.
These groups are hosted by Woodland Park Presbyterian Church; however, Breaking White Silence groups are not faith-based and are open to participants of any or no faith tradition.
